Ohana Charm Designs and Co. reserves the right to refuse services to anyone.
As of December 17, 2025 Route Package Protection must be purchased at checkout to cover lost, stolen, and damaged items. Should you experience lost, stolen, or damaged items, please file your claim directly through them.
Purchases made without Route Protection are not eligible for replacements by Ohana Charm Designs and Co. The shipping carrier is then responsible for all packages after they receive them. Without Route Package Protection, If you have any issues with your delivery, please contact your local shipping carrier.
Due to the customized nature of all the products, there are no refunds.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged claims must be claimed through Route Package Protection. Purchases made without Route Protection are not eligible for replacements through Ohana Charm Designs and Co. Ohana Charm Designs and Co. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE/LIABLE FOR ANY ISSUES RELATED TO PRODUCT ALTERATION. Items are not dishwasher safe, should not be left in extreme temperatures and should not be soaked.
