We love our customers and stand behind our products! Each of our products is handcrafted and made with a focus on quality.

Our policy is simple:

RETURN POLICY

Within 14 days of customer receiving their product, if a stone falls out of the ring, the customer will receive a replacement ring reveal within 7-10 business days once damaged ring has been returned to independent party hostess. 

Independent party hostess must damage out the returned ring and send a photo to corporate office showing damaged item before new ring bomb will be shipped out to party hostess for the customer’s new reveal.
