USA Please allow 15 business days after cleared payment for your Ohana Charm Designs and Co. order to ship, excluding national holidays and vacations. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days to receive your order. Shipping method chosen at checkout does not include handling time. 

Please double check your mailing address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address. If your mailing address is invalid and we are unable to create a shipping label, we will make two attempts to contact you. If we are unable to contact you within 48 hours of our first attempt of contact, your order will be canceled and refunded. If you don't receive tracking information, please check your spam folder for our emails. 

We are not responsible for delayed shipments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather etc.

As of December 17, 2025 Route Package Protection must be purchased at checkout to cover lost, stolen, and damaged items. Should you experience lost, stolen, or damaged items, please file your claim directly through them.

Purchases made without Route Protection are not eligible for replacements from Ohana Charm Designs and Co. The shipping carrier is then responsible for all packages after they receive them. Without Route Package Protection, if you have any issues with your delivery, please contact your local shipping carrier.
